In the final quarter of 2020, the Shoot'em Up gaming category saw a variety of trends on the Android platform in the United Kingdom. Sensor Tower provides comprehensive insights into the performance of the top contenders in this genre.

Galaxy Attack: Shooting Game experienced a steady increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 7.6K in the last week of December. The game's revenue also saw an upward trend, reaching nearly $7K in the same week, while weekly active users consistently hovered around the 67K to 71K mark throughout the quarter.

Another title from the same publisher, 1945 Air Force: Airplane games, also showed growth in downloads, culminating in over 8.2K in the last week of December. Revenue saw fluctuations with a notable peak of nearly $3K in the third week of December. The game maintained a robust active user base, ending the quarter with around 39K weekly active users.

Space shooter - Galaxy attack mirrored a similar pattern to its counterparts, with downloads rising to over 6.5K by the end of December. Revenue followed an upward trajectory, closing the quarter at just under $4K. Active users saw a steady increase, reaching over 43K in the final week.

For Gun Gang, the data tells a different story with revenue figures being negligible. However, the game's download numbers showed significant growth, particularly in November, with a peak of over 8K downloads. Weekly active users more than doubled over the quarter, from around 7K to over 15K.

Lastly, Archero from Habby exhibited a strong revenue performance, with the highest revenue of the group at over $16K in the last week of December. Downloads peaked in late October at nearly 5.9K, and while weekly active users dipped towards the end of the quarter, they remained above 42K.
